I understand the many challenges that nonprofit leaders face in generating creative solutions to achieve their social justice vision in challenging times, while sustaining robust, equity-based organizational culture.
I envision nonprofit leaders, boards and staff sharing power and working together with community, philanthropy, business and government in the co-creation of a just and equitable world.
I believe radical transformation is possible, starting with individual leaders, and reverberating through organizations, systems and culture.
